HI, we wanna move our local Windows 2000 + XP pro workstations to our new
Windows 2003 Server. What tools do we need and how to make it?

Post managment 
hello, you can rename the user
start > program > management > computermanagment > user and groups
There you can manage under user the user managment rename accounts
change passwords and so on =)
