Your problem sounds like the CPU is not fully functional,
but i could be wrong!

i need your help, please; i have this burning issue! Last week i bough a brand new
Athlon 64 3000+ and the  Abit AV8 + 3rd Eye. Everything works fine but no signal sent to the monitor, instead of that i get after 1o seconds a feedback sounds like an alarm bell.
